        Verdict

        Marco Botti's juveniles invariably come on for their first runs and although the form of ALFAJER's debut second hasn't worked out particularly well, she is definitely open to progress and gets the vote. Faery Song represents another yard whose youngsters can come on plenty for their first start and she is worthy of a place on the shortlist, while the well-related Sharqeyih also holds obvious claims on the basis of her second at HQ earlier this month.
