WOODEN KING won here when we last saw him, and he can follow up that by landing this apprentice handicap, but there's likely to be support too for Nikki Bea and Bollywood Style. The Evans stable haven't had a great time of late, but he can reverse that form here, if capable of showing up as he did in December here in handicap company. That was over slightly shorter, but the step up shouldn't be seen as a negative. Nikki Bea is one of several to have won over course and distance but it was more than 18 months ago. Regularly placed, she usually finds one or two too good, but if everything falls right for her, she must have a chance. Paul Nolan's down from Yorkshire for just the one ride on the card on Bollywood Style who's trying to break her maiden at the ninth time of asking. Recently running at Kempton, she returns to where she started her racing, and has plenty in hand at the weights with those at the top end. The most likely winner though we think for the lucky last at Leafy Lingfield is Wooden King.
