Verdict

ANDREAN MARGIN has to give weight away all round, but not too much, and gets our nod here ahead of Song of Praise and Duke of Normandy. Simon Callaghan's runner was disappointing here last time out when heavily supported. His only win to date came at Southwell, but he's shown he can handle the surface, and the experience of Jamie Spencer on board is a big plus. Song of Praise gains weight all round and has the highest draw; he's the only course and distance winner, with that success being back in November, since when he's been runner up here too. Both were similar contests to this. Duke of Normandy is the least exposed, and as long as he doesn't get heavily involved in a speed duel up front, he should be involved too. But of the trio, we most like the look of Andrean Margin.
