Definitely the weaker of the two divisions of this maiden and one where we think Adabi may well be good enough to prevail on his debut, with Go On Green best of those with experience and Habalwatan another to consider. The selection is a son of Soviet Star and half brother to juvenile winner Henrik, plus other successful two-year-olds Bishop's Lake and Spritzeria, and looks booked for a good run on that basis alone. He should possess plenty of speed, and if anything the fact that he is starting over 7f is a bit of a surprise, but we think he will still be good enough. Go On Green has already had three chances, putting in a pleasing debut before struggling at Ayr and then going well again over this trip at Warwick last time. That represents the best form on offer here and so he is respected. Of the others, Habalwatan has been highly tried by Clive Brittain, and not surprisingly finished much closer when dropped in grade last time. This is again more his level, though middle distances will probably be more his forte and we prefer Adabi to win on his racecourse debut.
