Champagne Shadow should take all the beating here with Hugs Destiny and Principle Witness likely to be the principle dangers. The selection is proven on this surface and ran really well when second behind Peak of Perfection on this track last time. The drop in trip will not be a problem and he should take a good deal of beating. Hugs Destiny who is a half-brother to Hugs Dancer made a promising debut at York in a better race than this behind Binary Vision and as he is sure to come on for that run he could go well. The step up in trip is another big plus and he is worthy of plenty of respect. Principle Witness was outclassed in a good race at Ascot last time, but he would come into this on his previous second at Leicester when beaten by Tableau. Kentemere is the other worthy of a second look in the market, but in an interesting contest we will make Champagne Shadow the one to beat.
