This is not an insurmountable task for Hazy Days - the most inexperienced runner in the line up - and she is preferred to Jawaaneb and Beau Sancy. The last named has thrived on his racing of late and is a worthy contender at this level. However, this trip will test his stamina on the predicted going and, under his 6lb penalty, he faces a tough test in his hat-trick bid. Jawaaneb has improved since being upped in distance and may still have a bit more to offer. John Dunlop has his string in fine fettle just now and this Hamdan Al Maktoum-owned filly has to merit the utmost respect. Cut in the ground suit the daughter of Kingmambo and a bold bid is anticipated. However, Hazy Days may have enough class to see her through this latest test. Although she is a half-sister to the high-class sprinter Desert Style, she also has plenty of winners over middle distances in her bloodlines and, having already won over an extended mile, she can improve now she tackles further. Sir Mark Prescott has an imperious knack of placing his fillies to good effect and his representative is taken to further boost her paddocks value today.
