Verdict

Coillte Cailin beat Van Huysen a length over track and trip to land a double. There is little between that pair on today’s revised terms and the latter had earlier finished ahead of ALINSTANTE when winning here last month. But Sir Mark Prescott’s filly is 6lb better off today and she gets the vote to come out best this time in a tight contest. Winterlude still looks high enough in the weights while Kyllachy Gala has been given a provisional rating of 105 having won four times in her native Italy and debuting for Marco Botti today. Eddystone Rock has also changed trainers and has his first start since August having won three times in Ireland last year for Johnny Murtagh.
