In depth

Verdict

Arize made all at Wolverhampton last month but failed to hang on to the lead employing the same tactics last time. Garter went close again recently having won over track and trip earlier but is upped a grade for this while Simply Me, a winner at Wolverhampton, has similar form having found one too good at Kempton in October. It’s difficult to determine if TELL A STORY is temperamental or just lacking in experience having flashed her tail when giving up the lead at Chelmsford last week and finishing a close-up third. A chance is taken it’s the latter option and David Simcock’s filly gets another chance stepping back up in distance.
