Cindertrack is taken to lead them home in this maiden with Mocha Java and Scroll rated as his chief rivals. The selection really caught the eye when a staying-on fourth behind Genre at Windsor last time. That race has worked out really well as the first and second have both won since and that would appear to give Cindertrack a rock solid chance today. Scroll is a colt who has shown enough to make him an each-way player here as he has been running in some decent races, but he would need to improve to get the better of our selection. Mocha Java showed promise on his first two starts but he has found the competition a little too hot on both of his last two outings. He clearly has ability but does not appear to have progressed as expected. It would be a surprise if any of the others are good enough and for the winner we will return to Cindertrack who should prove tough to beat.
