A very tricky handicap that could rest between Paragon Of Virtue, Barry Island and Brave Dane, with the former just getting the nod. Phillip Mitchell's charge has been ultra consistent here at Lingfield and can repeat his victory here in November when accounting for Mad Carew by a length, with today's rival Hip Hop Harry a further two lengths away in third. Brave Dane has also taken a liking to this track, winning two handicaps with a fair amount of ease. He takes a step up in class today but could still be ahead of the handicapper. Barry Island gave weight and a beating to some inferior rivals back in January and hasn't been disgraced in better company since so must be in the firing line. Of the others course and distance winner Ofaraby is another worthy of respect, however we return to Paragon Of Virtue for our selection.
