        Verdict

        A tough handicap to end the card and the sporting vote is given to Azygous, Stoneacre Lad and Stoneacre Boy could be the main dangers. The selection had quite a busy and successful two-year-old campaign earning a rating of 85 by November. He landed his first two races over course and distance and following two very promising efforts this season he could be ready to strike off what now looks a decent mark. The two Peter Grayson runners went up against each other in a decent race at Kempton last month and both performed with credit. Stoneacre Lad came out on top that day by a couple of lengths, but is three pounds worse off this afternoon. So strictly speaking there should be very little between them and both are expected to be involved in the finish. Intriguing Glimpse looks the pick of the others on last season's form, but Azygous has shown a real liking for this course and he gets our vote.
