Mick Appleby is a leading practitioner on the all-weather circuit and it was impressive to see the handler produce RAMBLOW to score quite snugly at Wolverhampton recently on just her second run back after an absence of over a year. The former Haggas inmate remains lightly-raced for one of her age and may well be open to more improvement, which will give her every chance here at Class 6 level with the extra furlong not a concern. Violet's Lads is another without much mileage on the clock and is expected to get involved on the back of a good latest effort at this venue. She has yet to get her head in front after 9 starts but has performed consistently well, notably at this track. Showdance Kid was better last time but the main danger could well prove to be De Little Engine, who wears headgear for the first time and received no sort of run when a well-punted favourite last time. He could go very well.
