Only 6lb between all nine runners reflects the tight-knit nature of this contest but PULSATING should give another solid account for the combination of Watson and Murphy, both of whom have enjoyed excellent winter campaigns. The selection crops up in his turn, usually runs his race and is effective at this level. He's not ideally drawn but hopefully he can be held up and come with a late thrust. Strategic Heights can never be discounted in contests such as this and should be competitive once again off a 3lb higher mark after gaining a well-deserved success at Kempton. Madrinho is also respected after shaping nicely on his first run for Tony Carroll when dropped to this trip. He'll be in the shake-up if repeating that level now.
