Another open handicap that may fall to Mynd, with Spindor and Legal Set given as the main dangers. Richard Whitaker's gelding has been in great form at Wolverhampton recently, winning twice, and then finishing a gallant second to Arrogant Prince, but he also ran well here in November when finishing fourth behind Phrenologist. Most of today's opponents are a little out of sorts so it looks a good opportunity for the selection to return to winning ways. Spindor could be the one to chase home the selection, he's been showing up well on the sand recently and does have winning form here. The handicapper has relented slightly and with Dazzler Holland on board he is certain to be in the shake up. Legal Set is one that could go well at a decent price, he wasn't beaten far in a decent seller here last time, and although stepping up in class, is weighted to go close. of the others Jagged could make his mark if sharp enough after a holiday, but Mynd has the strongest recent form and is given the nod.
