Verdict
Very much the usual suspects and with six runners, a dice rather than a formbook might provide most fruit. However, our idea of the most likely winner is PEOPLETON BROOK with Sir Edwin Landseer and Timeteam others to consider. The pick has been running in handicaps of late and while he is not well treated on official figures, he is running at a consistent level and that could be half the battle won. Sir Edwin Landseer is ten years young. He is clear on official figures though does not tend to put it all in when push comes to shove. Timeteam is quirky though has genuine middle pace and if consenting to act in harmony with the rider, has a solid chance. Lord Deevert is more regularly seen over seven though has performed with credit over this trip. Misaro is probably a little high in the handicap at present so his figure is treated with caution. Total Impact is fresh from back to back wins at Southwell. Peopleton Brook is the pick.
