It may not be an original approach but the claims of Brilliant Red and Linning Wine cannot be ignored after their recent exploits on the course. They are both at the top of their game at present and have to be considered in some way. However, there is little to split the field on the official BHB ratings and it would be no surprise to something try to steal a march on the turn for home. Siena Star fits the bill as one who could figure strongly from the foot of the handicap and he may well provide a little value if the market overreacts to no's 1 & 2 on the racecard.
