Waquaarr is our selection in an open contest with Dawson Creek and Charlottebutterfly others worthy of consideration. Waquaarr has proved expensive to follow but does look as if Kempton is not entirely to his liking as he looks short of pace at the crucial stages of his races. This course does suit those coming from off the pace recently. Dawson Creek is admirably consistent and is suffering as a consequence at the hands of the handicapper. He races handily so is always vulnerable to setting the race up to those finishing with a flourish. He cannot be left out of calculations but might find one or two too good once again while Charlottebutterfly sprung a surprise last time in a weaker contest. High n Dry ran over a trip that would have been short of his best last time so better can be expected of him. Waquaarr is unexposed and gets the tentative vote to get off the mark here.
