      Verdict

      Songkran won four times on the Turf last year and will be sharper for last month’s reappearance and Punting returns to action having won over 1m2f at Sandown last term. Uther Pendragon and Ritchie Valens have been thereabouts over the latter trip recently but RENARDEAU may prove the one to side with. He drops back down in class for this and gets the vote on an earlier third over today’s trip at Kempton. Arctic Sea is preferred to the French import Stormy Night.
