An amateur riders contest to round off proceedings and we'll take EXTREMELY SO to emerge victorious ahead of Moonshine Creek and Ardmaddy in a race where many can be given chances. The selection showed she is in good heart when taking a Yarmouth seller last time and with the field strung out behind that effort reads impressively in the context of this race. The trip should be ideal here and if proving as effective on the artificial surface this filly can come home in front. Horsemanship can count for plenty in these races and so the booking of Simon Walker aboard Moonshine Creek catches the eye. Peter Hiatt's gelding is probably a better horse on the turf but he does have a close second to his name at Lingfield and can run a big race here off what should be a competitive enough handicap mark. Ardmaddy ran well when second last time out but today's drops back in distance looks to be a negative and for that reason Gary Moore's horse is opposed whilst Debdene Bank is worthy of attention having been placed on her last three starts over a variety of trips. Smooth As Silk is another who comes into the race on the back of a good run but may be weighted to the hilt, so we will return to Extremely So to take home the honours in the last.
