A poor handicap for horses rated 0-55 but a winner is a winner and we will take SPINNING RIDGE to come home ahead of Party In The Park and fellow last time out victor Fitzolini. The selection is not the most consistent and surprised many when winning at 50/1 last time over course and distance but the manner of that success when set plenty to do suggests a 4lb rise in the ratings may not be insurmountable. David Probert again takes the ride aboard Ron Harris's gelding and the partnership can continue their success here. Party In The Park has been bumped up a pound by the assessor after a narrow defeat last time but can go close once more with conditions to suit whilst Fitzolini is another who comes here at the top of his game. Jimmy Quinn's mount relished a marked step up in trip last time when making all and can go well despite stepping back a furlong today. James Given's Marjury Daw is another who has gone up despite having suffered defeat last time so looks worth opposing whilst Vanadium could go well with Amy Scott in the saddle but we will side with Spinning Ridge in this modest affair.
