In depth

Verdict

A large field goes to post for this contest but on closer inspection not many can be given a serious chance of winning and the principals look to be Queen's Dancer,Miss Pebbles and Rowlands Dream and vote is given to Queen's Dancer. The selection won well on her debut when beating Wee Dins with plenty in hand. She is sure to have learnt from the experience and given nominal improvement will be hard to beat. Miss Pebbles rates the main danger on her best form but all her best efforts have been on a faster surface and for that reason she is opposed. Rowlands Dream is another that could go swell on her latest second behind Sweet Oona but she has given the impression she would already be suited by a longer and she looks opposable on that basis. Sonnengold was a fair sort on the flat and made a pleasing debut over hurdles to be second she is sure to have learnt from the experience and given nominal improvement would have definite place claims. Of the remainder Adlestrop has ran well in both starts this season and is another with place claims but for the winner we return to Queen's Dancer who sets a fair standard and will be hard to beat.
