Margery Daw looks to have been given a great chance by the handicapper and is selected to get the better of Pirouettes and Castaigne. This filly, trained by Marcus Tregoning , has shown plenty of ability in all three of her outings, the most recent being a close second behind the Luca Cumani trained Maxilla over course and distance. She gets in here on a very fair mark and looks to have outstanding claims. Pirouettes has had plenty of chances but looks fairly treated on the pick of her form and can play a part in the finish. The main threat to the selection though, should be Castaigne, who put in her best effort for some time when chasing home Quantum Leap over course and distance late last month. Of the others course winner Dispol Evita is coming back to form, however it is with some degree of confidence that Margery Daw is given the verdict.
