        Verdict

        Areyoutalkingtome,Maltese Falcon and Perfect Story are three against the field in a wide open finale and the narrow vote is given to Areyoutalkingtome. The selection won well last time out when beating Maraaja and although rising in the weights he looks a progressive type and he is taken to defy the handicaper. Maltese Falcon rates the main danger as he beat Woodnock last time but that form has since been let down and he is taken on with this in mind. Perfect Story is another worthy of respect on her best form but she has yet to win off a mark this high. Of the remainder Talbot Avanue ran as if returning to form last time aand could go well at a price but for the winner we are happy to return to the progressive Areyoutalkingtome.
