In depth

Verdict

Pharaoh Prince is taken to get the better of Fillameena and Iamback in a tight race for punters to call. The selection has gone close on each of his last two outings and he looks to have a perfect opportunity here to finally get his head in front. He is proven on this surface and with this step-up in trip also in his favour he should take plenty of beating. Fillameena rates the main danger as he only found the well-backed Le Soleil too good at Wolverhampton last time. He hails from a shrewd yard and if the market speaks in his favour then he would be very interesting. Iamback won at Southwell last time but she was being ridden along some way from home that day, and although she responded on this occasion she is not the most consistent so we are prepared to take her on. Lucefer hinted at a return to form last time and may be the best of the rest, but for the winner we will return to Pharaoh Prince.
