Hatta Stream seems sure to go well on the back of a staying-on second at Wolverhampton and his form at this track is similarly solid but the handicapper isn't making life easy for the horse and we'll take him on with WATER GIPSY. It could be argued that Gary Moore's filly hasn't improved as expected following a likeable maiden victory at Goodwood earlier this year, but this switch back to six furlongs combined with a declining mark can see her resume her progression. Ryan is booked to ride for his father and we'll take the hint in what looks a difficult puzzle to solve. Key Light ran well in a better race two starts back and has a good draw to work with so she's considered along with Pan American, whose sole success to date came over course and distance. Lay Claim is relatively lightly-raced and has gone well here in the past, Ace of Spies prefers Southwell and Little Edward remains vulnerable to anything progressive.
