Bonus can land this decent prize at the expense of Coleorton Dancer, Visionist and Kostar. Bonus returns to the scene of his biggest triumph here three years ago on the back of an unbeaten three-race record and is the one to beat with Kieren Fallon on board. The former Richard Hannon inmate overcame an absence to score at Wolverhampton in December and showed that he is just as adept at this trip when following up here at the end of January. He was put away for this prize and can line up on a 5lb lower mark on Turf, so everything looks in place for him to run a big race. Coleorton Dancer caught the eye on his return to action at Southwell in March and will be a threat along with Visionist who is fancied despite his wide draw. Kostar failed to justify favouritism at Wolverhampton after a tardy start and needs to step up a gear, but connections are hopeful that he can land a decent contest this term. On this occasion though the one that they all have to beat is Bonus.
