A modest opener which should concern Rose Tea, Classic China and Dd¿s Glenalla with the latter just getting the nod. The Nigel Twiston-Davies trained mare showed improved form to get within half a length of Kentford Grebe at Bangor recently following a long break and will certainly improve for that outing. Rose Tea has taken well to hurdling with recent victories at Southwell and Hexham and should make another bold bid, but the double penalty may just prove too much of a burden. Classic China may be a bigger threat to the selection having shown tremendous promise in two competitive bumpers last season. Julia¿s Choice is another to consider on pieces of form but Dd¿s Glenalla is the pick on this occasion.
