      Verdict

      Marshgate Lane won a claimer at Southwell only to disappoint when odds-on at Wolverhampton last time. Street Artist landed a double over longer trips in plating races in January of last year and hasn’t raced since while Gaelic Silver was beaten by a lower-rated horse in this grade at Chelmsford earlier this year. Spiritual Star drops in class but has done all his winning over shorter trips so far and preference is for STETCHWORTH (NAP). He was only beaten a head over 1m2f in a Class 4 handicap at Chelmsford on his penultimate start and should find this easier.
