A 7lb penalty incurred for being a comfortable winner over six furlongs at Wolverhampton last time may be less of a problem than the step up to a mile for Sailor King, who looks worth taking on, with preference instead for Nikki Bea who gets the vote ahead of Treasure House. The last mentioned has shown gradual improvement in recent starts and would have claims if improving again, while High Class Problem is probably best watched on his reappearance as most of the yard's runners have tended to need the run first time out this season. James Street returns to the level having seemingly failed to take to hurdles but is hard to recommend on recent form and preference is for Nikki Bea. The four-year-old does have a penalty to carry for her win here over seven furlongs in a seller last time but Jamie Poulton's filly was good value for that success and has, unlike Sailor King, good from over a mile as well so she gets the vote.
