Verdict

Curtain Call is hard to oppose here with Campanologist and Alessandro rating the main dangers. The selection won well last time out when beating Drill Sergeant when looking in need of the run, he is sure to improve and under conditions that suit he is taken to win this before going on to better things. Campanologist rates the main danger as he has won his last two races in good style but on official figures he has plenty to find and, with his yard yet to hit form, he is readily opposed. Alessandro Volta was a fair fourth behind Molgen last time but but needs to have come on a lot for the run if he is to trouble the principals. King Of Rome looks the stable's second string while By Command and Alan Devonshire look outclassed and for the winner we return to Curtain Call.
