In depth

Verdict

JAMAICAN JILL just failed to catch the winner at Chelmsford last month with both Apache Blaze and The Jean Genie behind. The latter pair have both placed subsequently so the form looks solid enough and Bill Muir’s filly gets the vote. Margie's Choice has been thereabouts over shorter trips recently but has yet to race over this far while Lady Alavesa’s earlier course win came over a mile though she’s placed over today’s distance in the past and has the beating of Dream World on latest running.
