This looks to be a good opportunity for Crystal Theatre to erase a poor effort at Chester last time and the Henry Cecil-trained filly is selected over Change Partners, College Fund Girl and Peruvia. Cecil's charge was done for toe on the Roodeye behind Manama Rose last last month but had previously caught the eye at Bath and on her debut at Windsor. The fact that the master of Warren House has decided to stick in maiden company rather than tackle a minor handicap with her suggests that he expects her to go well on these terms. And as she is officially the top rated horse in the race, she does not have to improve much to get off the mark today. Change Partners has a similar profile and is taken to give Crystal Theatre the most to think about.
