        Verdict

        GENERAL HAZARD returned from an absence to win at Wolverhampton last week on his handicap debut. He scored by nearly four lengths on that occasion and can defy a 6lb penalty with more to come. Idle Talker was beaten only a short-head over a longer trip at Windsor when last seen but that was in October last year but Tyrsal won over today’s distance at Yarmouth in August and is only 4lb higher. Shining Romeo went close over track and trip last month but has just the one win in 18 attempts so far and it’s been over a year since Estibdaad last won.
