In depth

Verdict

THE VEGAS RAIDER may be worth another chance having failed to land the odds at Beverley on ground softer than ideal. Michael Bell’s charge had won easily at Salisbury before that and is preferred to Golden Claim, who scored over a shorter trip at Wolverhampton recently and is fitted with a tongue-tie today. Arenas Del Tiempo finished second when upped in trip at Brighton while Meisterzinger should be noted stepping up in distance on his handicap debut.
