Bob's Your Uncle, Unasuming and Sweet Boulangere form the shortlist for the finale and the vote is given to Bob's Your Uncle. The selection shaped as though he was worth another try at this trip when he finished fourth behind Bollin Derek at Southwell last time. He got hampered and had to be switched that day so he was a little unfortunate, and he could gain his compensation here. Unasuming won well at Nottingham last time when beating Tangarita but she had previously shown very little so it remains to be seen just how reliable that form is. Sweet Boulangere was well beaten here in a Derby trial last time but this is not as competitive so she is entitled to some consideration. Kick And Prance is stepped-up in trip and is another to consider, but for the winner we will return to Bob's Your Uncle.
