        Verdict

        Red Sovereign, Hiamovi and Chatshow are three against the field in this competitive handicap and the vote is given to the last mentioned. The selection put up a fair effort on the turf at Warwick last time but he is probably better judged on his previous close second behind Stargem at Wolverhampton. A reproduction of that effort here would see him go very close. Red Sovereign put up her best effort in a while when narrowly beaten over this course and distance last time behind Tag Team. However, this race looks tougher and she will have to improve again to score here. Hiamovi is clearly better than he showed last time at Southwell behind Rancho Cucamonga when he did not get a clear run. If he could put that disappointing effort behind him then he could be capable of a big effort. Heidi's Dash is from a top yard and is another entitled to plenty of respect, but for the winner we will stick with Tony Carroll's Chatshow.
