Dancinginthedark may be good enough to score on his debut and is given the vote in a tricky opener to the card, with Daniel O'Donnell and Courageously rated as the main dangers. The selection is a well-bred filly and anything David Loder sends to post in these type of events merits plenty of respect. She looks the one to beat but our confidence would be fuelled by any market confidence. Daniel O'Donnell may be the one to profit if our selection runs green and this colt showed plenty of promise over 6f on this track last time when narrowly beaten behind Woolsack. He is bound to come on for that run and the extra furlong should suit, so he is entitled to plenty of respect. Courageously has shown a modicum of ability on his two runs to date, but he will need to show more than he has so far to make the frame here. Abientot is from a leading yard and is worth noting in the market on his racecourse bow, but in a race where the market may well provide plenty of clues we will stick with Dancinginthedark as our idea of the winner.
