This is a modest race and Princess Ismene is taken to score from Redbank, Defana and, possibly, Nothing Matters. Princess Ismene scored at Leicester on firm going in September and a repeat of that effort has to see her go close. Redbank comes out best of these on official ratings and looks to have the ability to win a race of this nature, but has also looked a little reluctant when it comes to closing the deal in his races. Defana was placed in a Beverley seller last time but at least looks to be improving so could bag a placing, while Lady Predominant also has claims on the best of her form. Nothing Matters looked as though there was better to come when she last ran and it would be no surprise to see her run well. As we say, not a strong event, but we'll side with Princes Ismene.
