A low-grade lottery but DEEDS NOT WORDS arrives in good form having completed a double at Yarmouth last month. He has obvious claims in his current form, despite a further 6lb rise, while Dr Doro ended a long losing run over the minimum trip at Ayr on her seasonal debut and there may well be more to come from her. Quick Recovery finished second at Bath recently and is another to consider along with last month’s Brighton winner Monumental Man. Tuscany, Ocean Temptress and Secret Potion were all placed on their respective latest starts without threatening the winner with the former preferred.
