Verdict
Swift Cut is taken to land this handicap at the main expense of Nadawat and Ficoma. The selection was a respectable sixth behind Murrin in a better race than this at Goodwood last time. This drop in trip looks sure to suit and he is taken to score. Nadawat also finished in mid-division in a better race last time at Newmarket, but she looks far from straightforward and although she would have claims on her best form, we are happy to take her on. Ficoma ran well considering she was returning from a break last time at Newbury so she should come on for the run and she remains unexposed. Shake On It travelled well for a long way at Newbury last time over a mile so he should be suited by this drop back to 7f and he could go well at a price. However, Swift Cut has plenty in his favour and he can land the prize.
