Kallista's Pride, Joy And Pain and Meditation are the three that make most appeal and we shall side with Kallista's Pride. The selection did run a shocker on her most recent start but she was guilty of seeing too much daylight and Hayley Turner lost the unequal struggle at an early stage. Joy And Pain was taking on better rated runners at unfavourable terms in claimers. There is no doubt with regard to ability but the jury is out with regard to whether the horse stays seven furlongs. Meditation almost pinched a fillies event over course-and-distance. She is drawn low and it is likely that similar tactics will be utilised again. Go Garuda gets further than this and is likely to be staying on stoutly at the finish. Binnion Bay would have chances on old form and has the booking of the talented yet very much underrated, Adrian McCarthy. A tentative vote is given to Kallista's Pride.
