There are many unknown quantities here and so a cautious vote is given to Dyanita, with Telegonus and Picture Show also expected to run well. The Barry Hills trained filly has shown plenty of promise in three races to date including in her last outing at this track. It was back in October when she wasn't beaten far by the Godolphin horse Blue Grouse. That was over seven furlongs and being a daughter of Singspiel she should be much better over this longer trip. Geoff Wragg's horses are running very well at present and Telegonus should step up on what he has achieved so far. He is a son of Fantastic Light, who improved with age and now running over a more suitable trip he could go close at a decent price. Picture Show is an expensive daughter of Swain who put in a much improved performance here last month when second to Tommy Toogood. She should be in the mix today, however Barry Hills trains that winner and so he should know how he stands with that rival, which brings us back to his runner Dyanita as the probable winner.
