        Verdict

        Afro Blue finished closer over a mile here having slid down the weights and is fitted with a visor today. Everkyllachy and Charles Le Brun are regularly thereabouts at this level with the latter racing over 7f for the first time but DECEPTION VALLEY is the least exposed. The latter returned to action with his best effort so far on last week’s handicap debut and Mick Channon’s charge has plenty of scope for further improvement. Shackabooah looks best of the rest dropping back down in class.
