Verdict

Shaqeeqa just missed out in a handicap at Kempton when caught close home and another bold bid looks likely back in novice company. But DAY TRADER ran well for fourth at Chelmsford behind behind La Tihaty, rated 90, and the runner-up has subsequently won. Richard Hannon’s colt may prove good enough on that form with Spirituoso perhaps best of the rest with racecourse experience unless Zumaaty shows improvement for the application of headgear. G'daay is related to five winners and is preferred of the newcomers.
