      Verdict

      Before You Go has the scope to defy topweight, with Fusili and Lenoir seen as the main dangers. Before You Go cost 100,000gns but the son of Sadlers Wells never had a hope of making a quick impact when left at the start on his Newmarket debut in September. However he quickly made amends when scoring on his Polytrack debut here, pulling away impressively from Red Cape. That was over a mile, and as connections reckon that he will be even better over 10 furlongs, hopes are high that he can make a successful handicap debut despite topweight. He had Fusili behind in fourth last time and should again have the measure of that rival, while Lenoir posted a solid effortbehind Sands Of Barra here last month and should improve over this longer trip as well. They look to be the main protagonists, but Before You Go has the most scope and can pay to follow.
