She had Cristal Pallas Cat just behind and Ventura Gold well beaten but the runner-up can reverse the form with his young rider's claim to help. Illusional attempted to make all over 1m1f at Wolverhampton but was soon beaten while Mrs Benson will need to do better on her handicap debut after three moderate efforts at Kempton.
