Verdict

JAZIRAT (NAP) showed plenty of promise in two runs on Turf last summer and reappeared here a fortnight ago when caught on the line after attempting to make all. He will be better for the run and has the scope to climb the ratings. Golden Footsteps went off the boil last summer but came here a couple of weeks ago and very nearly gained her first victory. She had Cristal Pallas Cat just behind and Ventura Gold well beaten but the runner-up can reverse the form with his young rider's claim to help. Illusional attempted to make all over 1m1f at Wolverhampton but was soon beaten while Mrs Benson will need to do better on her handicap debut after three moderate efforts at Kempton.
