Ladurelli once looked quite promising but that was a very long time ago and he's been beaten in point-to-points in the last few weeks. CAYUGA was returning from a 450 day absence when creating a surprise by landing a course and distance handicap in January. A repeat performance should see him go in again. Van Huysen completed a double over track and trip just over a year ago but he's been looking very one-paced in his recent starts. Fanoulpifer, whose saddle slipped at Kempton last time, was beaten in a seller over 1m4f here in January and though this isn't much better he may find the trip on the short side. Elusive Cowboy has been running very poorly in low-grade handicaps.
