KACHY (NAP) won this last year when drawn on the wide outside. He has terrific early speed and a smaller field to contend with this time so is hard to oppose in a repeat bid given he made a smooth return to the all-weather at Wolverhampton on Boxing Day. Corinthia Knight won the 3yo All-Weather Championship over track and trip last year and bids for a ninth all-weather victory so shouldn’t be far away. Lancelot Du Lac was a close sixth last year and is still more than capable at this level while Cenotaph was a shade unlucky at Kempton following a break having rattled up a hat-trick at Chelmsford last summer. The in-form Gorgeous Noora could also get involved with her mare’s allowance.
