GREEN VELVET is taken to complete her hat-trick with Bateleur and Truly Divine amongst those that are considered dangers. Peter Makin's filly is progressing really well and readily accounted for her opponents when stepped up to this trip eight days ago. Her penalty is, in part, negated by her apprentice and she looks capable of confirming the form of that running with Bateleur. Mick Channon's runner should go well again but he may need a little luck if he's to make up the two and a half lengths that he has to find with the progressive filly. Truly Divine will be worth a market check with Holland up in the saddle for his seasonal reappearance as he has shown enough to believe that he's capable of scoring from this sort of mark. Towy Boy disappointed on his reappearance but has made the frame from similar marks in similar contests in the past so he cannot be ignored but we'll side with the bang in-form Green Velvet.
