In depth

Verdict

SWANS A SWIMMING gets our vote with Edith's Boy and Trip Switch the others of appeal. The Mujadil colt was sold for 42000 euros at auction last year and has a pedigree that has plenty of quality about it. He may be better over further though this is such a moderate contest that he could be good enough first time out. Edith's Boy sets the benchmark for the assessor. Even so, to be beaten by a 49-rated horse that was giving weight away suggests that he is moderate at best. Trip Switch is a half-brother to crack sprinter, Caribbean Coral. He is open to improvement and should confirm form with Dream Catch Me. The remainder do not look credible dangers on what they have shown on the racecourse thus far. A poor maiden that can go to Swans A Swimming.
